摘要 以丙烯酰胺为接枝单体,在Co-60γ射线辐照条件下对真丝织物接枝改性,再用壳聚糖柠檬酸溶液对真丝织物复合整理以改善其抗皱性能。分析了折皱回复角的影响因素,结果表明整理效果适宜时的条件为:接枝率10.5%,壳聚糖浓度0.5%,柠檬酸浓度5%,催化剂用量4%。整理后真丝织物的折皱回复角有很大的提高,断裂强力和白度稍微下降。 The silk fabrics were ingrafted with acrylamide monomer by the radiation of Co - 60γradial and then were coordinated by polysaccharid and citric acid solution in order to improve its capability of withstandingness of crease. It analyses the influent factors of crease response horn. The optimal coordinate technics acted that the graft rate was 10. 5%, the concentration of polysaccharid was 0. 5% , the concentration of citric acid was 5% ,The concentration of activator was 4%. The capability of withstandingness of crease was improved quietly and the capability of breakage strength and degree of white were declined in some sort after the coordination.
