摘要
探讨了改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成工艺及方法,研究了交联剂、亲水基团、异氰酸酯指数对乳液及胶膜性能的影响,结果表明:控制聚合原料特别是聚醚多元醇的水的质量分数在0.05%以下,可提高预聚产品及乳液质量的稳定性;交联剂与小分子扩链剂的物质的量的比为2:1,DMPA为树脂总质量的6%~7%,n(NCO):n(OH)控制在1.15~1.25,能获得性能较好的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
Synthesis technology and method of crosslinking modified aqueous polyurethane were discussed. Research on the influence for quality of aqueous polyurethane emulsions and pastern such as crosslinking agent, hydrophile group, index of isocyanate etc, were studied. Results showed that excellent quality of aqueous polyurethane was obtained by ratio of crosslinking and low molecular chain-enlarging agent was 2:1, DMPA accounts for 6%-7% based on total resin, n(NCO)/n(OH) was controlled at 1.15-1.25.
