摘要
为评价以国产多西紫杉醇(商品名多帕菲)联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效和不良反应。多帕菲60mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1;顺铂80mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1～d3。21d为1个周期,一般至少用2个周期后评价疗效。全组35例,CR4例,PR16例,SD7例,PD8例,总有效率(CR+PR)57.1%。初治有效率62.5%,复治有效率55.5%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制,其次为胃肠道反应。以多帕菲联合顺铂的化疗方案对晚期乳腺癌呈现较高疗效,同时多帕菲具有使用方便、安全,优异的性价比,不失为一种好的解救化疗方案。
To evaluate the short term effect and adverse reactions of Docetaxel/cisplatin combinations in advanced breast cancer, Docetaxel was administered at 60 mg/m^2 intravenously on the first day and cisplatin 80 mg/m^2 from the first day to the third day, One cycle was 21 days. The response was evaluated at least 2 cycles later, Among the total 35 cases, 4 cases was complete response （CR）, 16 case part response （PR） while 7 cases stable disease （SD） and 8 cases progressive disease （PD）, The overall response rate （CR＋ PR） was 57, 1%, with the response rate of 62.5% in the first time treatment and 55.5% in second. The major adverse reaction was leucopenia, following by nausea and vomiting. The combination of Docetaxel and cisplatin is an active adjuvant therapy for advanced breast cancer that can be relatively convenient, safe and cheat.
