摘要
分析介绍了“T”型叶根高压动叶传统工艺方法的流程及影响生产加工周期的原因。新工艺方法有针对性的改进及实施。经过专用工装设计等几方面的研究,确立最佳和经济合理的加工工艺方法,从而最大限度地缩短“T”型叶根高压动叶的加工周期,并提高产品的质量。对高压动叶制造工艺技术的提高,车间生产数控化的推广,起到了一个非常有效的借鉴作用。
The thesis introduces the flow process of traditional technology of "T" type high-pressure blade and the reasons which effect the process period. A new process technology has been well improved and putted in practice. Based on several research on design of special fixture, the optimal, economic reasonable process technology is determined. Thereby shorten the process period of "T" type high - pressure blade and raise its quality. It offers the effective use for reference in improving the process technology of high-pressure blade and popularizing the NC-system in workshop process.
