摘要
以一缩二乙二醇、二氯亚砜和N,N二甲基十二烷基叔胺为原料,合成了一种季铵盐型氧杂双子表面活性剂((C12N)2O),采用元素分析、红外光谱和两相滴定法分析(C12N)2O的结构和纯度,同时测定不同胶束浓度传统单季铵盐表面活性剂(DTAB)和(C12N)2O水溶液的表面张力,并得到临界胶束浓度(cmc)、饱和吸附量、单分子饱和吸附面积.结果表明:(C12N)2O的产率为82.0%,纯度为99.52%,它与DTAB相当,但DTAB的临界胶束浓度比(C12N)2O的临界胶束浓度大27倍左右,(C12N)2O表面活性高于DTAB的表面活性.
A gemini surfactant containing a hetero oxygen atom ((C12N)2O) has been synthesized by reactions of diethylane glycol, thionyl chloride and N,N-dimethyl dodecylamine with reducing agent. The product was characterized with IR, element analysis method and its purity was analyzed with diphasic titration. Surface tensions of Gemini quaternary ammonium salts and common quaternary ammonium salts cationic surfactant at different concentration were measured. From these data, the critical micelle concentration(cmc), excess adsorption amount(Гmax), the saturation adsorption area per molecule (Amin)have been obtained. The results showed that the yield was 82%, the purity was 99.52%, the surface activity was as much as DTAB, but the CMC is about 27 times lower than DTAB.
