摘要
农业信息化是国民经济信息化的重要组成部分,对农民致富具有重要的意义。为此,分析了我国农村信息化基础设施的现状和农业信息资源利用率较低的原因,提出了信息入户的一些解决方案,重点阐述了电话及手机短信在信息入户中的作用,并对农业信息化建设进行了深入的探讨。
Agricultural informatization is prerequisite to agricultural modernization and significant for farmers to set out on a road to prosperity. This study proposed some solutions of information into family after the analysis of actualities of China rural informatization infrastructure as well as the reason why the utilization rate of agricultural information resources was of low efficiency. An emphasis was laid on the roles of telephone and cell phone short messages. Finally an instructive discussion was presented on the agricultural informatization construction.
