摘要 本文综述了近几年新型掺Cr4+可调谐光晶体的研究现状和发展趋势,目前这类晶体的研究非常快,Mg2SiO4:Cr4+和YAG:Cr4+,Ca2+已先后商品化,而新型掺Cr4+晶体不断涌现。其实用化的激光系统将在超短脉冲、光通讯。 The present researches and development trend of tetravalent chromium doped laser crystals are summarized. Laser systems of Mg 2SiO 4:Cr 4+ and YAG:Cr 4+ , Ca + have been merchandised now. Many other Cr 4+ doped laser crystals have been researched. They show a wide potential application in fields of ultrafast laser, optical communication and medical treatment, etc.
