摘要
环太湖经济圈的经济重要特征为主导产业机电一体化和信息化,产业结构渐进高度化,经济市场化、现代化和全球化趋势明显,市场培育与建设卓有成效。但该区域存在高新技术产值偏低,拥有自主知识产权的技术缺乏,对科技进步贡献不高,第三产业相对滞后,区域内开放型经济的发展水平仍很不平衡等问题。作者对纠正这些问题的对策提出了自己的意见。
There are six important economic features of the Circum-Taihu Lake Economic Zone, i.e. mechanical-electric integration and information technology are becoming more popular among the leading industries; industrial structure is advanced gradually; village-run industry is developing rapidly; the industrial scale is becoming large; there is a marked tendency toward market economy, modernization and globalization; the cultivation and construction of the market are highly effective. However, there are some problems in this area： the ratio of high and new technology in general industry is relatively low; there is a lack of the techniques of independent intellectual property rights, which results in the low the contribution to the development of science and technology; the development of the tertiary industries is relatively slow; the levels of open-economy development within the area are imbalaneed. Measures to solve these problems are put forward in the paper.
