摘要
对福建省高职院校田径课余运动训练工作中诸多相关因素进行调查,分析产生问题的原因,寻找解决问题的办法,以指导和改善高职院校田径课余训练工作,使高职院校的田径运动队在组织管理、训练和政策体制上步入正轨。
Sports activities after class is an critical part in school physical education, the training level and performance of which judge the college physical education. As a significant part, track and field teams plays an important role in the after - class sports activities. Through investigating the after - class sports activity work in vocational higher education institutions in Fujian province, analysing the problems and seeking the solution, this thesis tries to guide and improve that work, to lead the administration, training and political system of the track and field teams of the vocational higher education institutions onto the correct path.
