外燥对小鼠气管、肺与皮肤影响的病理学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察外燥对小鼠气管、肺与皮肤组织的影响。方法40只无特定病原体(SPF)级昆明种小鼠随机分为4组:常温常湿组(A组),常温燥组(B组),温燥组(C组),凉燥组(D组),每组10只。于处理后第7天与第14天常规组织病理学检查。结果第14天时,C组、D组气管上皮鳞状化生,C组气管纤毛多呈片状缺损,而D组多呈灶状缺损;两组气管黏膜炎性细胞浸润均较第7天为重,伴气管浆液腺上皮黏液腺化生(D组≥40%、C组≤20%)、肺泡淤血、水肿。C组皮肤表皮呈不规则皱缩、毛球数明显减少;C组、D组足垫部皮肤表皮增厚、汗腺减少伴结缔组织增生。结论实验结果为外燥导致气管、肺与气管腺体病变提供组织病理学基础。 Objective To investigate the pathological effects on windpipe, lung and skins with Outer - Dry. Methods 40 kunming mice(SPF) were divided into four groups, including group A( Normal mice), group B( Normal temperature and Outer-Dry mice), group C(Warm- Dry mice), group D( Cool-Dry mice), 10 mice/group. The tests were measured in day 7 and 14. Results In group C and D hyperplasia of epithelium cell and infiltrations of inflammative cell in day 14 that were severe than that of day 7, ciliate cell was piece loss, the glands were hyperplasia(≥40% of group C,≤20% of group D)in windpipe,and pulmonary alveolus were congestion and dropsy. In group C the epidermis were pucked and connective tissue was hyperplasia in the skin, the quantity of hair ball and the sweat glands of group C and D in the food were significantly reduced than that of group A. Conclusion It was first reported that the pathological tissue evidences were caused with Outer- Dry on windpipe,lung and skin.
