摘要
目的探讨青少年自我接纳意识与网络依赖行为之间的关系。方法对2005年2～9月对符合Young网络依赖诊断标准的学生(研究组)及无网络依赖的学生(对照组)各36名,采用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)测定自我接纳程度,观察自我接纳与网络依赖行为的关系。结果1.研究组网络依赖问卷得分(37.6±5.1)分,对照组为(17.1±5.0)分,研究组显著高于对照组(t=22.37P=0);研究组自我评价、自我接纳及问卷总分均显著低于对照组(t=2.77P=0.007;t=9.62P=0;t=9.63P=0)。2.研究组儿童自我评价、自我接纳及问卷总分与网络依赖程度存在极显著负相关(r=-0.545P=0.001;r=-0.403P=0.015;r=-0.538P=0.001)。结论自我评价及自我接纳与网络依赖行为相关;关注青春期儿童自我概念的发展,帮助其形成积极的自我概念,强化儿童对自我的正性评价,提高儿童的自我接纳程度,对网络依赖的治疗十分关键。
Objective To explore the relationship between network dependent behavior and self acceptance in adolescent. Methods Seventy - two students were involved in this study from Feb. to Sep. 2005. Among of them, 36 cases conformed to the diagnostic criteria of Young＇s network dependence,and other 36 cases were normal group. The self acceptance questionnaire scales was used to evaluate self eva- luation and self acceptance of the students,and the relationship of self acceptance and the network dependent behavior was observed. Results 1. The average score of network dependence questionnaire in experimental group （ 37.6 ± 5.1 ） was significantly higher than that in control group （ 17.1 ± 5.0 ） （ t = 22.37 P = 0）. The scores of self evaluation and self acceptance as well as the total score of questionnaire in ex- perimental group were significantly lower than those in control group（t = 2.77 P = 0. 007 ; t = 9：62 P = 0 ; t = 9.63 P ： 0）. 2. There were significantly negative correlation between network dependence and the total score of questionnaire and the scores of self evaluation and self acceptance（r = - 0. 545 P = 0. 001 ;r = - 0. 403 P = 0. 015 ;r ： - 0. 538 P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusions According to the relationship between network dependent behavior and self evaluation and self acceptance, the development of self - concept in adolescence shall be paid close attention, which including forming positive self- concept and improving self acceptance, it is important to treat network dependent behavior.
