摘要
选用360只1日龄的肉鸡,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,公母各半。试验组饲喂添加2%、4%、6%桑叶粉的基础日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮。试验期为63天。统计分析肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的有关参数。结果表明:试验组在日增重、成活率、半净膛率、全净膛率及肉色等指标方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。桑叶作为一种植物蛋白饲料用于饲喂家禽是完全可行的。
Three hundreds and sixty yellow-feather broilers of one day old were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,3 replicates each group. Trial groups were fed with basal diet with 2%,4% and 6% mulberry powders. Control group was fed with basal diets. 63-day-trial was to study the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality. The results showed that daily gain,survival rate,percentage of half eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield and meat color of trial groups were higher than those of control group, It＇s feasible to feed mulberry to broilers,
