摘要
企业文化创新是企业长期繁荣的有效途径。计划经济条件下的国企文化,仍然深深的影响着企业的干部和职工。国有企业的文化创新,必须在价值观上从计划经济转到市场经济上来。为此,要根据我国文化创新模式选择的应诉和方法、共性和个性,对不同形态的企业文化进行分析和选择。
Corporate cultural innovation proves an effective means to achievece the long - term development under the conditions of planned economy, the corporate culture in the state -owned enterpfies have deeply affected the management and employces. Cultural innovation need be carried out to change the concept from planned economy tp market economy. In view of the features of Chinese cultural innovation, the paper presents an anlysis on the different modes of its delection.
