摘要
缺乏"协同"使我国信息产业创新效率低下。目前,信息产业与政府、其它产业、科研院所之间缺乏协同。为给信息产业创新营造良好环境,使其带动全行业协同发展,必须制定相应对策。
Lack of synergy leads to a low efficiency of innovation in China＇s IT industry. This paper analyses the disadvantages resulted from the lack of synergy between IT industry, government, other industries and research institutions. It proposes some ideas to create a sound environment for IT innovation so as to achieve a spill - over effect for the whole industry.
