摘要
农村基础设施是实现新农村建设目标的基本条件。作为我国西部欠发达地区的四川自贡,如何进行农村基础设施建设,促进新农村建设目标的早日实现,是一个值得讨论的问题。本文在自贡市农村基础设施现状调查、评价的基础上,分析了自贡市农村基础设施建设面临的困难,提出了自贡市农村基础设施建设的指导思想、目标、任务、措施,以期对自贡或类似地区的农村基础设施建设有一定指导作用。
Infrastructure in rural area is the foundation to realize the construction of New Countryside. It worth to discuss the way to construct infrastructure so as to realize the construction of New Countryside in the city of Zigong, Sichuan, which is located in underdeveloped area in the west of China. Based on the research and evaluation of the status qua of infrastructure in the rural area in Zigong, this paper puts forward the guideline, goal, task and measures for the construction of the infrastructure in rural area in the hope that it is helpful to the rural area in Zigong as well as other areas like Zigong.
