摘要
目的:探讨老年下肢动脉闭塞症围手术期的护理措施。方法:对自体血管搭桥、人造血管搭桥以及动脉球囊扩张支架置入术与单纯动脉球囊扩张术治疗老年下肢动脉闭塞症的25例患者,术前给予心理疏导,术后有针对性地加强患肢护理,观察提供有益的治疗调整信息以及注重基础疾病相关护理指导等系列护理措施。结果:手术结合适当的护理措施使患者下肢缺血显著改善13例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率为88%。结论:老年下肢动脉闭塞症除采用恰当外科治疗手段治疗之外,采用适时、有效的护理措施是十分必要。
Objective：The aim of the present study was to explore the nursing measures during the perioperafion in geriatric patients with arterial occlussion of lower limbs.Methods：25 geriatric patients with arterial occlussion of lower limbs were operated with autovessel bypass,artificial vessel bypass or aortic sac dilatation with or without bracket insertion. The nufing measures were peformed during the perioperation,including preoperative psychological guidance, postoperative nursing care of affected limbs,treatment and nursing of underlying diseases.Results：Lower limb ischemia improved obviously in 13 patients,relieved in nine patients,and only three patients showed no efficacy in this study. Total effective rate was 88%.Conclusion ：Besides operation, it is necessary for geriatric patients with arterial occlussion of lower limbs to perform effective and proper nursing measures.
