双冷源低温系统冷却实验腔的传热分析

摘要 根据双冷源低温系统冷却实验腔的传热特点,建立了二维非稳态传热的数理模型.利用FLUENT计算软件对实验腔的冷却过程进行了数值模拟,得到实验腔底部温度变化曲线和壁面的温度分布,分析了辐射热对实验腔冷却过程的影响.计算结果表明实验腔经过2 h冷却后,底面温度基本稳定在6.27 K,可以满足研究对温度的要求. From the basic heat transfer characters in the sample chamber, the mathematical and physical models of two-dimension unsteady heat transfer were established. The heat conduction of the sample chamber involving the influence of outer radiation heat transfer was numerically simulated by FLUENT. The temperaturedistribution and the temperature variation curve of the sample chamber were obtained. The calculation results indicated that the final temperature of the bottom could reach 6.27 K after 2h, meeting the science research requirement.
