摘要
介绍了汽车半轴工艺原理、特点,并与传统胎模锻工艺在生产流程、生产成本、劳动强度、工件质量、生产效率以及工作环境方面进行了比较。分析了BJ130汽车半轴原工艺的不足,介绍了BJ130汽车半轴摆辗新工艺、设备选择及模具设计要点,该方案获得了较好的经济效益。
The principles and features of auto semi-axle pendulum rolling technology are introduced. It has made a comparison with the mould forge technology on the aspects of the production process, cost, the labour intensity, the quality of parts, the production efficiency and the working environment. The weakness of the fomer technological process for manufacturing the BJ130 automobile semi axle is analysed. A new process of pendulum rolling for the semi axle is proposed. The selection of the manufacturing equipment and the key points of the design of the die are introduced.
