韩非创造的以法、术、势为核心的思想体系无论是在当时还是对后代都产生了积极作用和消极影响。全面认识正确评价其利弊,对今天我国社会主义法制的健全,坚持以法治国和以德治国并重具有深远意义。
The thought systems of the law, method and power created by Han Fei has produced positive and negative influences ever since it came into being. Evaluating its gains or losses is of profound significance in improving our country＇s socialist jural system and managing the country in a lawful and virtuous way.
