摘要
介绍了包括美国食品药品管理局(FDA)、欧盟以及国际食品法典颁布的单独的或包含瓶装水的质量标准和规范,同时,也介绍了由各类瓶装水协会制定的更高要求的指导性准则,旨在通过对这些国际上先进标准的了解和借鉴,有助于我国瓶装水标准的发展和管理的进一步完善。
Some standards or codes on bottled water from FDA, the Europe Union and Codex Alimentarius, as well as the model codes from the International Bottled Water Association, are introduced in the report. The purpose of this introduction is to help develop the native standards and improve the regulations on bottled water.
