摘要
就混凝土温控防裂的复杂问题,需要进行参数反演识别,进而开展施工反馈研究,调整温控防裂方法,指导工程混凝土的现场施工。混凝土热学参数反演问题可作为一个优化问题,经比较模拟退火优化算法能够在混凝土热学参数识别的反演计算中得到相对快速的收敛解。针对此开发了计算程序并在一实际水闸工程的施工中进行了成果的应用,使16孔的水闸工程在严寒季节中顺利建成,且没有出现裂缝。
For the complicated problems from the temperature control and anti-cracking of concrete, the inverse identification of the relevant parameters is necessary to be done, and then to make the feedback study on the construction concerned, so as to adjust the temperature control and anti-cracking methods and guide the concrete construction in situ; for which the inverse problem of the thermal parameters of concrete can be taken as a problem to be optimized and get the relative fast convergence solutions in the inverse calculation for identification of the thermal parameters of concrete through simulated annealing algorithm. For this, a calculation procedure is developed and it is applied to the construction of an actual sluice with 16 holes; with which no any cracks occur on the concrete structures of the sluice during the construction in cold season.
