摘要
高校学报是反映高校教学、科研成果的重要载体。选题策划位于高校学报工作的首位,对高校学报的形象、地位以及能否形成和保持自身特色起着决定性的作用。学报编辑在进行选题时应遵循坚持先进理论原则、学术为中心原则、创新原则及信息意识原则,提高高校学报的质量,为高校发展、科教兴国发挥重要的作用。
The college journal is an important carrier of college teaching and research achievements. Top priority should be given to the subject plan in the editorial work in that the subject plan plays a decisive role in the college journal＇s image, position and its own feature. In carrying out the plan, the principles of advanced theory, taking academic quality as the central work,innovation and information awareness should be adhered to for improving the quality of the college journal and making an important contribution to the development of the college and country.
