应用磨料射流割缝技术改善近井地层流场的实验研究

摘要 油田开发到中后期,油层压力下降,油层流动阻力增加,地层渗透率降低,使油井产量很低或成为死井。为此进行了磨料射流割缝技术研究。该技术应用磨料射流切割技术在井下对井壁周围岩层切割为与井轴线平行的深缝,使井周地层高压力得以松驰,解除压密效应,使近井地层得以恢复原有的渗透率。地面模拟试验和现场井下实验结果表明,通过应用磨料射流割缝技术可以改善近井地层流场,恢复地层渗透性,实现油(水)井增产增注的目的,现场应用取得良好的效果。 During the mid and later stage of oilfield development, as formation pressure decreases, flow resistance of formation increases and formation permeability decreases. As a result, the well production rate is getting lower and lower and some wells are abandoned. Therefore, research is conducted on the abrasive jet slotting technology in this paper. The abrasive jet cutting technology is applied to cut the strata around the borehole wall underground into deep slit parallel to the well axis, so as to lower the high pressure of the formation around the well. Compression effect is eliminated, which enables the formation nearby the well to recover the original permeability. Lab simulation test and downhole field test show that the abrasive jet slotting technology can be applied to improve the flow field nearby wellbore formation, recover formation permeability, increase well production and injection. Good results have been obtained in field application.
