摘要
介绍虚拟装配关键技术及其发展现状,为在自行开发的ACIS系统中进一步拓展其装配功能,在ACIS平台下进行二次开发,主要利用矩阵变换的方法,实现零/部件的位置变换,通过一系列算法来达到产品虚拟装配目的,最后在ACIS环境下通过对典型零/部件进行装配,证明该方法及算法的正确性和可行性。
The key of the virtual assembling and the present state of virtual assembling are introduced,in order to add the ability of assembly in the ACIS system,matrix was used to transform the parts,and a series of arithmetic was used to achieve the aim. At last some parts were assembled in ACIS to prove that the method and the arithmetic are correct.
