摘要
介绍了ARM和DSP微处理器之间的双口RAM接口电路的设计。在设计一种新型IED时,采用了ARM+DSP的双CPU结构,两者之间采用双口RAM进行数据交换。考虑到IED的实时性和可靠性,对双口RAM选择了中断工作方式。设计了双口RAM与ARM、DSP的硬件接口电路,由于ARM上安装了uClinux操作系统,又编写了uClinux下双口RAM的驱动程序,并调试通过。该接口的设计为新型智能化IED的实现打下了基础,能更好的适应变电站自动化系统的需求。
The interface circuit of ARM and DSP was introduced. The multi - CPU structure with ARM and DSP was adopted in developing a novel IED. Dual - port RAM was used for data exchange between ARM and DSP. Considering that the IED requires high reliability and real - time performance,the interrupt manner was adopted of dual - port RAM. Besides the interface circuits of ARM DSP and dual - port RAM, the driver for uCLinux was also designed and debugged successfully. This interface grounded the realization of novel IED. Then the IED will be more applicable in Substation Automation System.
