摘要
目的研究hWAPL(human wings apart-like)基因在正常宫颈组织、宫颈癌以及胃、肝、膀胱、食道、子宫内膜、肾、直肠、肺等8种癌组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化PV-9000方法对27例正常宫颈、47例宫颈癌及238例其他8种癌组织的hWAPL基因的表达情况进行检测。结果采用显色强度结合阳性细胞百分比法判读结果。正常宫颈和宫颈癌组织中hWAPL基因阳性表达率分别为3.70%、97.87%。hWAPL基因在胃癌、肝癌、子宫内膜癌、肾癌、直肠癌、肺癌中呈阴性表达;在膀胱癌和食管癌中,仅有部分样本呈弱阳性表达。结论hWAPL基因可能是一种宫颈癌特异性高表达基因。
Objective To study the expression of hWAPL gene in benign squamous epithelia, cervical carcinoma, gastric cancer, carcinoma of the liver, bladder carcinoma, carcinoma of esophagus, carcinoma of endometrium, renal carcinoma, carcinoma of rectum and lung cancer and analyze its significance. Methods The expression of hWAPL was detected by immunohistochemistry PV - 9000 in 27 cases of benign squamous epithelia, 47 cases of cervical carcinoma and 238 cases of another eight kinds of cancers. Results Immunostaining result was scored for the relative immunostaining intensity and appropriate percentage of positive tumor cells. The positive rate of hWAPL gene in benign squamous epithelia was 3.70%. But in cervical carcinoma and another eight kinds of cancers its positive rate were 59.41% and 97.87%. Conclusion hWAPL gene may be a specific expression gene in cervical carcinoma.
