摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立直线电机运载系统无碴轨道的空间计算模型,将整体道床的受力变形结果与不考虑磁吸力的结果进行对比分析,得出磁吸力对整体道床的影响规律。理论分析表明,在考虑直线电机的磁吸力后,将增加整体道床的内力和位移值,据此对整体道床的设计提出建议。
Finite element software ANSYS was adopted to establish the 3 D computation model of the integrated track bed in LEVI delivery system.The calculated internal forces and deformations of the integrated track bed were compared with those results without consideration of magnetic attraction forces. In this way, the regularity of the effect of magnetic attraction forces on integrated track bed was revealed. Theoretical analyses indicated that the internal forces and deformations of the integrated track bed will be increased by considering the magnetic attraction forces of linear induction motor. In this context, some suggestions on the design of integrated track bed are put forward.
