摘要
目的:探讨副腮腺涎石病的临床和诊治特点,提高对该病的认识。方法:复习相关文献综述腮腺涎石病诊断和治疗方法,报告典型病例的临床表现及治疗经过。结果:副腮腺涎石病是较少见的疾病,其临床表现呈多样性,与典型的涎石病临床症状不一致,容易误诊。结论:正确认识副腮腺涎石病的临床和诊治特点,有利于对其正确诊断和治疗。
Objective： To recognize sialolithiasis of an accessory parotid gland by discussing its clinical symptoms and characters of diagnose and treatment. Method： Summarize the characters of treatment and diagnose of sialolithiasis by reviewing the literatures and report the clinical symptoms and therapy procedure of the case. Result： Sialolithiasis of an accessory parotid gland is a rare disease with various clinic symptoms that is differed from the typical symptoms of sialolithiasis.Conclusion： It is beneficial to correctly diagnose and treat this disease by recognizing its clinical symptoms and examination.
