摘要
目的利用高压氧预处理观察急性低压缺氧大鼠体内的白介素-6(IL-6)及中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)的水平变化。方法将48只大鼠随机分成6组;按照随机分组的原则分为3000m高原组和5000m高原组两大组,两个高原组又分为高压氧预处理组(HBO)、高气压预处理组(HPA)、对照组(NBA)各3组。共计6组,每组8只大鼠。预处理后全部放入低压氧舱中,在模拟3000m及5000m的低压环境中暴露1小时后取血5mL,离心后取上清液送检验。取血后以10m/m in升压至常压。检测各组的IL-6及NE的含量。结果1)IL-6在3000mm、5000m组中各预处理组之间差异均无显著性意义,测定水平无明显差别。2)NE在3000m及5000m高原组中各处理组之间有显著性差异,HBO组NE的测定水平较NBA组高。结论IL-6及NE是衡量机体在缺氧状态下抵御及炎性反应的重要指标,NE较IL-6敏感,升高较快;高压氧可提高机体血氧弥散度,增强有氧代谢,产生更多的ATP,增强机体的耐缺氧能力,降低机体损伤。
Objective To investigate the changes in level of interleukin-6 and neutrophil elastase in acute hypobarlc hypoxia rats of fore-hyperbaric treatment. Methods 48 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: 3000m HBO group, 3000m HPA group, 3000m NBA group, 5000m HBO group, 5000m HPA group, 5000m NBA group. After being placed in the condition of 3000m and 5000m high altitude environment, the rats were bled for IL-6 and NE exam. Result 1 ) There is no difference of the level of interleukin-6 among HBO, HPA and NBA group, whether 3000m or 5000m group, the difference of level of neutrophil elastase exist among six groups. 2) The NE level in HBO group is significant higher than that in NBA groups, whether in 3000m or 5000m. Conclusion IL-6 and NE are important in drcators in measuring the reaction of defence and infiamation of dady in the state of hypoxia, NE is more sensitive tham IL-6. HBOcan incvease oxyen diffusion gradient,enhance energy metedlism ATPlevels, cond the ablity of toleauce to hyppoxia the in doody, prevent organic dody form injiury.
