摘要
采用营养液培养方法,以小麦(扬麦12)为试验材料,研究了两种pH(pH4.0、pH6.0)条件下有机酸(柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸)对镉胁迫下小麦幼苗的毒性影响。结果表明,有机酸的添加可以缓解镉对小麦的毒害。除苹果酸外,其他3种有机酸在两种pH条件下均可以增加小麦的生物量;不同有机酸对镉抑制下小麦的根长和根表面积均有一定的促进作用,使根系得到不同程度的恢复;两种pH条件下,添加有机酸均能降低小麦根中镉的积累;pH4.0时,酒石酸增加小麦地上部分镉的积累,而苹果酸降低地上部分镉的积累。
Solution culture experiments were conducted to study the effects of 4 organic acids, citric acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid and malic acid, on cadmium (Cd) toxicity to wheat seedlings (T. aestivum) at 2 different pH levels, pH 4.0 and 6.0. Six treatments, 40 μmol·L^-1 Cd^2+ + 0 mmol·L^-1 organic acid(T0), 40 μmol·L^-1 Cd^2+ + 1 mmol·L^-1 citric acid(T1), 40 μmol·L^-1 Cd^2+ + 1 mmol·L^-1 oxalic acid (T2), 40 μmol·L^-1 Cd^2+ + 1 mmol·L^-1 tartaric acid(T3), 40 μmol·L^-1 Cd^2+ + 1 mmol·L^-1 malic acid(T4)and 0 μmol·L^-1 Cd^2+ + 0 mmol·L^-1 organic acid(CK)at each pH level, were set up. The results were summarized as follows: organic acids could relieve Cd toxicity to wheat seedlings in which 3 organic acids other than malic acid led to the increase of plant biomass at each pH level; All organic acids used in this study were proved to enhance root length and surface area of the seedlings under Cd stress, which indicated that organic acids could recover root system of wbeat seedling; each of 4 organic acids could decrease the Cd accumulation in wheat plants under 2 different pH levels, at pH 4.0, tartaric acid improved the Cd accumulation in aerial parts of wheat plants, as opposed to malic acid that decreased the Cd accumulation.
