摘要
目的:观察回心草活性部位及其各单体成分对实验性心肌缺血血流动力学参数的影响,探讨回心草对缺血心肌的保护作用。方法:采用Langendorff离体心脏缺血-再灌注模型,观察回心草各活性部位对缺血心脏血流动力学指标(LVSP、CF、HR、±dp/dtmax)的影响。结果:回心草各成分可促使缺血缺氧心脏LVSP、CF、±dp/dtmax上升,胡椒碱和乙酸乙酯部位作用显著(P<0.05)。结论:回心草乙酸乙酯部位和各单体成分可改善心肌缺血时的血流动力学紊乱,发挥心肌保护作用,其中乙酸乙酯部位和胡椒碱的作用相对较好。
Objective:To study the effect of EA part and its componets from Rhodobryum roseum on hemodynamics in experimental myocardial ischemia.Methods:Langendorff islated working heart was made to observe the influence of ingredient from Rhodobryum roseum on hemodynamlcal indexes (LVSP,CF,HR,±dp/dtmax).Resuits:Rhodobryum roseum could increase LVSP,CF, ±dp/dtmax of ischemia heart. Pipefine and EA part had significant effect compared with control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Rhodobryum rose um can improve the disorder of hemodynamics, which indicate that Rhodobryum roseum has obviously protective action on myocardial ischemia. EA part and pipefine have better effect.
