摘要
首先给出了网络优化的典型问题——最小费用流问题的数学描述和模型,然后对管理决策优化中的一个实际问题,按最小费用流问题的思路进行了应用分析,并用EXCEL规划求解工具求出了最优决策方案。
Network optimizing is a often used method to solve optimum problem while decision - making, and Minimum - Cost Flow problem is the typical type in Network programming . In this article, Minimum - Cost is analyzed to solved typical instance, and the solution is given by EXCEL solver.
