摘要
对合金球墨铸铁初轧辊的化学成分和热处理工艺进行了试验研究,提出了最佳热处理工艺。结果表明,喷雾淬火可以有效减少或消除铸态组织中的牛眼状铁素体,提高轧辊的综合力学性能。经过880-920℃加热喷雾淬火、吹风续冷,540-580℃回火后,辊身工作层组织为球状石墨+回火索氏体和少量碳化物,抗拉强度〉700MPa,硬度为42-48 HS。
The chemical composition and heat treatment process of alloy nodular cast iron bloom rollers were expenmentauy studied. The optimum heat treatment parameters were put forward. The results show that the spray quenching is able to decrease or eliminate the ox-eyes like ferrite in cast microstructure,and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the rolls. After being heated at 880 -920 ℃, and then spray quenched ,following air-cooled and at last tempering at 540 580 ℃ ,the microstructure of nodular graphite,tempering sorbite and a little of cementite formed in the surface working zone of the rolls. The tensile strength of the working zone is more than 700 MPa and the hardness was 42 -48 HS.
