摘要
简要介绍了灰色预测方法GM(1,1)模型的适用条件、构造步骤及检验方法,建立了黑龙江省工程价格指数预测的GM(1,1)模型,经检验该模型的预测、模拟精度等级属于1级,预测结果可靠,能够准确预测工程价格指数,可为工程管理各方进行造价管理提供有益参考。
This paper briefly introduced the suitable conditions for the predicting model, the structure, and test of GM （1, 1）. The price index predicting model of Heilongjiang project was established. Through model test, the accurate grade of this model on prediction and simulation arrived at grade one. The result shows that the predicting model is credible, and can be used to predict the price index of project accurately and can give necessary advice for cost management.
