摘要
本文对高校馆员所具有的资源进行分析,以人才所具有的四种基本素质:即体力、专业知识、信息素养、管理能力为元素建立坐标系,探析出人才资源立体结构图,为人才准确定位和努力的方向提出一种较为理想的模式。
Based on the analysis of the reason gained from the four basic elements that consisted in talents,including the professionals＇ labour force, professional knowledge, information attainments and administrative ability, this paper tries to build a reasonable model of three - dimensional structural chart for academic libraries so as to put forward a pattern on site and orientation of endeavor for talents.
