总结了聚合装置出料泵变频调速控制系统增加熔体过滤器之后能提高产品质量、产能可提高到120%、并能在满负荷下长时间稳定运行的增容改造情况。重点介绍了控制系统主电路和控制电路的设计、电机和变频器的选型、变频器的安装与调试过程,并对如何提高变频器抗电网波动能力进行了探讨。
The innovation that adding melt filter to inverter control system of discharging pump in polymerization equiprhent can improve the output and increase the capacity to 120% is summarized. After innovating, the equipment can run in long-term stable status under full load. The design of main circuit and control circuit of the control system, the selection of motor and inverter, inverter installation and debugging process, and how to improve the capacity of resistance to power fluctuations are presented in emphasis.
