摘要
泥页岩的分类对钻井工程和钻井液技术的研究和实施都有重要的指导作用,而研究泥页岩的分类、性质必须从分析泥页岩的组构和理化性能着手。介绍了国内外学者提出的不同泥页岩分类方案,分析了它们各自的优缺点,提出了一种简便的较科学的泥页岩分类方案。该分类方案较全面地反映了泥页岩的性质特点,而且各项指标都有明确的量度,便于借鉴参考。还介绍了一种有效预测泥页岩类型的BP神经网络方法。指出,在对泥页岩水化机理研究的基础上,有望依据较少的参数对泥页岩进行分类,以指导钻井和钻井液技术的研究和实施。
The classification of shales plays an important role in drilling and drilling fluid engineering,while the study of the classification of shales must start with the analyses of the component and structure and physical-chemical properties of the shales.This paper introduces various method of classification of shales presented and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.A simple classification was provided based on the analysis in this paper.This classification method takes into account the comprehensive properties of shales and each property can be quantified.This paper also introduces a method of shales classification called BP neural network method.The paper says that based on the research on the hydration mechanism of shales,less parameters may be needed in the future to classify the shales,and to guide the establishment and implement of drilling and drilling fluid operation.
