摘要
采用增钙煅烧技术提高煤矸石的辅助胶凝性能,效果显著。增钙煅烧活化的煤矸石与单纯热活化的煤矸石相比,矿物组分中新增加的矿物有CaSO_4、少量的CaO·Al_2O_3及未煅烧完全的CaCO_3。增钙煅烧活化后的煤矸石结构都呈疏松状态,且结构中已出现部分熔融状态,这些熔融物填充了煅烧过程中成分挥发后留下的空隙。
The accessorial cementitious propertie of coal gangue is enhanced when coal gangue was calcining with calcite at a certain temperature. The increased mineral of limestone, calcium sulphate and CaO · Al2O3 content can be observed in the XRD patterns of calcining coal gangue with calcite compared with single calcining coal gangue. The structure of calcining coal gangue with calcite is loose, and some fusible mineral is filled in the interspace, in which some volatile gas leave behind.
