摘要
分析了中国煤层气矿权与煤炭矿权分置导致煤炭开采和煤层气开发相脱节,对煤矿企业建设本质安全型矿井和安全发展带来不利影响,认为"在煤矿区及煤炭规划矿区煤炭,煤层气实现"采气采煤一体化"是促进煤炭工业安全发展和煤层气合理开发利用的有效途径。
The text analyses that the discerption of coal seam gas right and coal mine right won＇t be profitable to mine coal and open up coal seam gas. At the same time, if the coal company opens up safe mines and develops safely, the phenomenon above will bring some bad effects. So a main developing body between coal and coal seam gas in the area of coal mine and coal layout won＇t only realize that opening up coal and gas at the same time, but it＇s also an available approach to develop safely of coal mine industry and open up coal gas effectively.
