摘要
转子发动机的径向密封片弹簧使密封片始终压紧缸体,从而使密封片起到密封作用。对两种不同材料设计的转子发动机径向密封片弹簧进行了理论分析和ANSYS/FE-SAFE仿真计算,得到了两种材料设计的径向密封片弹簧的静应力和疲劳寿命,为弹簧的材料选定提供了依据,也为密封片弹簧的结构设计提供了数据和分析方法。
In this paper, the static strength and the fatigue life of spring for seal flake in radial face on rotary engine is analyzed. With two kinds of materials, the calculation in theory and the simulation by ANSYS/FE-SAFE software are carried out. Thus the available results and method are provided for design of spring.
