以甘蔗渣为主要原料制成培养基,接种香菇菌种经充分培养,再粉碎、加水、加酶酶解、过滤可制成具保健功能的饮料。
The health care beverage was prepared by sugar cane residue and Lentinus edodes. Inoculating Lentinus edodes on medium mixing by sugar cane and rice bran culture totally. To crush the mixing, add water and enzyme in it, the new beverage was prepared after filtration.
