文章根据我国稀土工业所取得的成绩和发展中存在的主要问题作了较为系统的论述,并对我国稀土产业的发展提出了对策建议。
The paper made a more systematic elaboration on the achivement and the problems of the rare earth industry development in our country, and has put forward the countermeasure proposals to it.
