摘要
建立了综合利用水库调度期内总缺水量最小为目标的一次优化模型,并将一次优化的水库放水过程作为来水过程,以总发电量最大为目标建立了水库二次优化调度模型。采用增量动态规划法对模型进行求解。通过在陕西省石头河水库中的应用,多种方式和方案的兴利优化调度结果表明,二次优化结果比用传统的模拟调度更为合理可靠。
The first optimum model is aimed to minimize the total water lack of the multi-purpose reservoir during the scheduling period. The second optimum model is aimed to maximize the total electricity, It's explained by the increment dynamic programming, By being applied to Shitouhe reservoir operation, the second optimum is more reasonable and credible than conventional one.
