摘要
建立了对羟基苯甲醛的高效液相色谱分析方法,使用C18液相色谱柱,以V(甲醇)∶V(水)=50∶50为流动相,在UV235nm下对其进行了定性定量分析,方法的标准偏差0.74,变异系数0.93%,回收率101.4%。
A method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde was established using a C18 liquid phase chromatography column, methanol/water （50 ： 50, by vol） as the mobile phase, and UV detection at 235 nm. The standard deviation was 0.74, coefficient of variation was 0.93%, average recovery was 101.4%.
