摘要
用红外光谱图研究了亚麻季铵基改性的化学机理,X衍射图表明,改性后亚麻纤维的结晶度下降。与普通亚麻织物相比,改性亚麻织物的断裂伸长率、弹性回复率、柔软性、悬垂性较好,且随着改性程度增加呈增大趋势。但是改性亚麻织物的断裂强力随着改性程度增大呈下降趋势。改性亚麻织物的通透性比普通亚麻织物稍差。
The studies on its chemical mechanism of flax modifying by quaternary amino groups have been shown by infrared spectrometry. X-diffraction diagram indicates that the crystallinity of the modified flax has declined. The result shows that breaking elongation, elastic recovery percentage of elongation, pliability and draping of the modified flax fabric are better than that of the normal flax fabric. This advantage turns much more when further deepening the modification. But breaking strength of the modified flax fabric goes down when the modification is further deepened. And its moisture-air permeability is slightly worse compared with normal flax fabric.
