摘要
目的了解我院老年患者2006年口服降糖药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院老年患者2006年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、每日药费(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果用药金额排名前3位的药物是阿卡波糖(拜糖苹)、罗格列酮(文迪雅)、二甲双胍(格华止)。用药频度(DDDs)排序前3位的药物是阿卡波糖(拜糖苹)、二甲双胍(格华止)、格列齐特(达美康)。结论本次调查分析结果符合糖尿病用药发展趋势,用药基本合理。
Objective To assess utilization of oral hypoglyemic drugs in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational admin- istration. Methods Sales quantifies, DDDs, DDC in our hospital in 2006 were analyzed statistically. Results The top 3 drugs were （glucobay）, resiglitazone （avandia） and mefformin （glucophage） according to sales quantities. The top 3 drugs were acarbose, mefformin and gliclazide （diamicron） according to DDDs. Conclusion The study shows that utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital is basically rational and in accordance with the trend of advancement and drug therapeutic strategies of diabetes mellitus.
