摘要
本文采用台阶状GCr15钢试样,通过轧制形变研究了形变量对Ac_1以上等温退火过程中碳化物球化的影响。试验结果表明,当具有片状原始组织的试样加热至840℃时,随着轧制形变量的增加,有助于加速片状碳化物的溶解和球化。此外,在形变量较大的情况下,可使形变奥氏体诱发碳化物析出。为获得最佳球化效果,确定了840℃×5 min形变(75%)→720℃×1h等温退火工艺。
The effects of deformation on spheroidization of carbide during thermal annealing at temperature above Ac1 were studied with step specimen of GCr15 steel by thermal rolling. It was found that the dissolution and spheroidization course of carbide with lameller primary microstruc-ture was accelerated as the deformation increased at .840℃. Besides, the precipitation of carbide would be induced in austenite in the case of higher deformation (ε=75 %). A better spheroidization method was put forward: hold-ing at 840℃ for five minutes→75 % deformation→holding at 720℃ for an hour.
