分析典型的电流型并联谐振逆变器和全桥拓扑的冷阴极荧光灯驱动电路的工作原理和特点;重点分析全桥拓扑的谐振回路的构成和谐振过程;由变压器的原边漏感、副边漏感、励磁电感和并联谐振电容构成的谐振回路形成正弦电压来驱动冷阴极荧光灯;并给出该拓扑的设计步骤和方法。
The paper introduces the operation principles and characteristics of conventional current - fed parallel resonant inverter and full- bridge topology for a Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL) driver circuit,and analyzes resonance loop of full -bridge inverter,which is composed leakage inductors,a magnetizing inductor,and an external parallel capacitor. The resonance loop is filtered into a sinusoid waveform to drive a CCFL. A step - by - step design procedure is presented for reference.
