摘要
本文就N、Ni含量对25%Cr型双相不锈钢HAZ的组织和性能的影响进行了研究。采用焊接热模拟再现了单道焊和多层焊HAZ的组织。试验结果表明,母材的两相比例为50/50时HAZ为健全的α+γ双相组织,母材及其HAZ具有最佳的综合性能。多层焊和工艺焊缝是改善HAZ性能的有效途径。
Influence of N and Ni contents on structure and properties of HAZ of 25 % Cr Type duplex stainless steels were studied in this paper. Weld thermal cycle simulation was used to reproduce the structure in the HAZ of single run and multi-layer welding. The test results show when the phase ratio α/γ=50/50 in the base metal the HAZ is sound α+γ duplex structure and the base metal and HAZ have the best synthetical properties. It is an effective way to improve the properties of HAZ by adopting multilayer welding and technical weld.
