摘要 依据人类与生态环境系统的相互作用,建立了压力-反馈-调控的概念模型;基于GIS和RS,采用栅格运算的方法运用复合模型对吉林省西部2000年生态环境安全程度进行了评价。并以压力驱动下生态环境跃点的变化作为阈值,将研究区分为绝对安全、安全、预警和不安全4种状态。结果表明,吉林省西部大部分地区处于安全状况,且东部安全状况好于西部,预警状况及不安全状况的区域集中分布在中部和西部。10个县市中,绝对安全状态比例极小,安全状态区域所占比例最大的是乾安县,最小的是大安县。预警状态区域所占比例最大的是洮南市,已达到了县域面积的43·08%,最小的是乾安县,仅占1·56%。通榆县、镇赉县和大安县处于不安全状态区域的面积已达到了10%以上,是吉林省西部生态环境需要重点治理的区域。各县市平均安全程度的排序依次为乾安县>前郭自治县>镇赉县>松原市>长岭县>白城市>扶余县>洮南市>大安县>通榆县。障碍因素分析结果表明,经济发展水平、土壤类型和区域开发指数是3种主要障碍因素。 Ecological security can be investigated in both broad and narrow sense. Because of the wide area and the regional discrepancy in affecting factors and ecological background, the investigation on regional environment hasn't been done systematically. In this paper, a stress-responseregulation model was built based on the interactions between human and environmental system, and the ecological security degree in west Jilin Province in 2000 was evaluated by using compound model and grid method based on GIS and RS. Taking the change of environmental key point under stress of human activity as threshold value, west Jilin was classified into four areas with different security conditions, i. e. , absolutely secure, secure, risky, and insecure. The resuits showed that most parts of west Jilin belonged to secure area, and eastern part was better than western part. The risky and insecure areas were distributed in the middle and western parts. Among the ten counties in west Jilin, absolutely secure area only accounted for a very small percentage. The county with the largest secure area was Qian'an, while that with the smallest one was Da'an. Tao' nan was the county with the largest risky area (43.08%), while Qian'an had the smallest one (1.56%). In Tongyu, Zhenlai and Da'an, the areas under insecure condition exceeded 10%, being the regions requiring urgent treatment. The average ecological security degree of the cities or counties in west Jilin was in the sequence of Qian' an 〉 Qianguo 〉 Zhenglai 〉 Songyuan 〉 Changling, Baicheng 〉 Fuyu 〉 Taonan 〉 Da' an 〉 Tongyu. After analyzing the obstacle factors of the security, it was found that economical development level, soil type, and regional exploring index were the main affecting factors.
